Facilities
The Meadows Event Center is an elegant and unique venue in a Colorado country setting. It was built with weddings in mind. The Center was built on a hill crest, enabling you to see for miles.
Tables, chairs, & linens
We include tables, chairs, china packages*, & a large selection of colored linen packages*.
Guests
You may have up to a maximum of 165 for the indoor covered facility, we can accommodate up to 200 indoor and outdoor combined weather permitting.
Music
We have an in house system available to you as well as a cordless microphone for your officiant, readers, speakers, & musicians.
Privacy
We hold just one event per day, so you are assured of complete privacy and exclusive use of the facility, & grounds for your event.
Parking
The Meadows Event Center has a large paved parking lot, with easy access to Weld County Road 32, featuring a separate entrance & exit.
Grounds and other Facilities
The landscaped grounds include three water features; a flowing stream on the west side, a fountain in the middle of the pond, and a beautiful free-standing marble fountain above the Gazebo. A large Gazebo, & a Pergola, which doubles as an outdoor band stand. There is also a 12′ wrap around Veranda, with low lighting, & speakers. Another feature is a flagstone patio, to dance, or enjoy the band outdoors.
Caterers
The Meadows Event Center believes in the ability to let each client choose their food & vendor. You may choose from a variety of options from our recommended vendors list, including off premises caterers, restaurants, drop off catering, or use your own caterer.
Caterers are required to provide us with a current Food Service License, & Certificate of Insurance.
Caterers may bring prepared food, or finish the food on site, but may not prepare raw food at The Meadows Event Center.

Natural stone, wrought iron, and aged wood are accented by fire and water to create an enchanted environment. Enter the Grand Salon through handcrafted iron and wood doors, and experience an atmosphere that’s custom designed to accommodate celebrations of up to 150 guests inside, completed by stunning views of beautifully landscaped flagstone patios with a casual gazebo overlooking a lagoon style pond.
