The Crystal Package starts at $11,995 for Sunday-through-Thursday weddings, $12,995 on Fridays, and $13,995 on Saturdays. It includes up to 75 guests; additional guests are $39.95 per person.
Crystal combines the venue and gazebo ceremony with ceremony decor, dinner, linens, DJ service, six hours of photography, standard florals, reception decor and centerpieces, beverage stations, staffing, setup, and cleanup.
Diamond Package: An Expanded All-Inclusive Experience
The Diamond Package starts at $19,995 for Sunday-through-Thursday weddings, $20,995 on Fridays, and $21,995 on Saturdays. It includes up to 75 guests; additional guests are $67.95 per person.
Diamond adds cocktail-hour appetizers, dinner, a five-hour open bar, linens and china, DJ service, photography, florals, decor, event staff, setup, and cleanup.
Flexibility Still Matters
Meadows Event Center also maintains an open-vendor policy. Couples may select qualifying outside vendors, bring outside catering with the applicable catering-management fee, and avoid food or beverage minimums. BYOB alcohol service is available with Meadows Event Center bartenders under applicable package and service requirements.
Compare the Complete Cost
When comparing venues, look beyond the starting rental price. Ask whether catering, entertainment, photography, florals, decor, staffing, setup, cleanup, taxes, and service charges are included. A lower base price may cost more after the services needed for the full wedding day are added.
