Micro weddings give couples the opportunity to celebrate with the people who matter most while keeping the day personal, manageable and budget-conscious. At Meadows Event Center, our six-hour Micro Wedding Packages are designed for celebrations of up to 60 guests.
Micro Diamond Packages Starting at $9,995
Our Micro Diamond Wedding Package starts at $9,995 for Sunday–Thursday dates. It combines the venue with many of the professional services couples typically have to book separately.
Venue and Ceremony Space
The package includes six hours of venue rental and use of the garden gazebo ceremony site with décor and greenery. Couples also receive access to tables, linens, china, centerpieces, premium uplighting and beverage stations.
Cocktail Hour and Dinner
Micro Diamond includes cocktail-hour appetizers and a dinner buffet for up to 40 guests. Weddings may include up to 60 guests, with dinner catering for guests over the included 40 currently published at $39.95 per additional guest.
DJ and Photography
Professional DJ services and wedding photography are included, helping couples avoid coordinating separate contracts for two of the most important wedding-day vendors.
BYOB Bartending Service
Couples may provide approved alcohol for their celebration. Meadows Event Center supplies the required in-house bartender along with ice, cups and napkins. This BYOB structure can offer substantial savings compared with a traditional hosted bar.
Event Staff, Setup and Cleanup
The package includes an event manager and staff along with standard setup, teardown and cleanup. Having these responsibilities handled by the venue gives couples and their families more time to enjoy the celebration.
