We can accommodate up to a maximum of 185 guests for the indoor covered facility and we can accommodate up to 200+ indoor and outdoor combined weather permitting. We are able to host indoor wedding ceremonies up to 175 guests in our grand hall.
The landscaped grounds include three water features; a flowing stream on the west side, a fountain in the middle of the pond, and a beautiful free-standing marble fountain above the wedding Gazebo. A large Gazebo, & a Pergola, which doubles as an outdoor band stand. There is also a 12′ wrap around Veranda, with low lighting, & speakers. Another feature is two large flagstone patios, to dance, or enjoy the band outdoors.
The Meadows Event Center believes in the ability to let each client choose their food & vendor. You may choose from a variety of options from our recommended vendors list, including off-premises caterers, restaurants, drop-off catering, or use your own caterer.
Caterers are required to provide us with a current Food Service License, & Certificate of Insurance. Caterers may bring prepared food, or finish the food on-site, but may not prepare raw food at The Meadows Event Center.
