Our venue-focused wedding packages start at $3,995 for Sunday–Thursday dates. These packages provide the setting and essential venue amenities while allowing couples to select the qualified vendors and services that best fit their priorities and budget.

Couples who want more of the major wedding details bundled together can choose a customizable full-service package. Our Crystal Wedding Package starts at $11,995 for up to 75 guests for Sunday–Thursday weddings.
Depending on the package selected, full-service options may include:
- Venue rental and gazebo ceremony space with décor
- Full-service dinner catering
- Tables, chairs and linens
- Professional DJ services
- Six hours of professional photography
- Standard floral package
- Venue décor, signs and centerpieces

Additional options—including bar service, cocktail-hour appetizers, videography and a photo booth—are available through select packages or as customizable upgrades.
Micro Weddings for Up to 60 Guests
For smaller celebrations, Meadows Event Center also offers six-hour Micro Wedding Packages for up to 60 guests. Options range from a venue-focused celebration with dinner service to a more inclusive package with catering, bartending, décor, DJ services and photography.
